Once you have completed the purchase we will contact you through eBay with instructions to get setup on our website, this is where you can manage your service with us and open tickets in future if you wish. As part of the setup we will request a £0.01 payment and this is simply a fraud prevention method we had to implement. This can be refunded at your request.

Once that has been complete we ask what you want your website to be called, once you have decided on a name that is available we will get the website registered and installed. We will then send you all of the relevant details.

How Much Does It Cost?

It then just costs £3.99 a month for the premium website hosting, ssl certificates, unlimited email accounts and support.

Domain names are just £7.99 a year for .com’s and £6.99 a year for .co.uk. As mentioned the first year is included in the price.
